From Law to Strategic Real Estate
My journey did not begin in real estate.
I was trained as an attorney in Nicaragua, a profession that shaped the way I think, analyze, and approach decisions. It taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the importance of understanding every angle before making a commitment.
When I transitioned into real estate in Florida, I quickly realized something important: buying property is not just a transaction. For international investors, it is a decision that impacts their future, their families, and the legacy they want to build.
That realization changed the way I work. I stopped seeing myself as someone who simply facilitates property purchases, and started seeing my role as someone who helps clients make strategic decisions with long-term impact.
